Basket Trucks is currently seeking a highly motivated full time Bookkeeper to

Descripion Summary: Under the direction of the Controller, the Bookkeeper will
have high visibility and manage day-to-day financial activities of the
organization. This individual must own a positive and solution-oriented
attitude and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
- Conduct all accounts payable
and receivable functions according to the direction of priority from the
Controller
- Reconcile credit card
statements
- Customer service orientation
and negotiation skills
- Daily company reports –
prepared and distributed
- Must have a working knowledge
of Microsoft Office applications along with computerized accounting
software
- Assist with administrative
duties as necessary
- High attention to detail as
well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High level of dependability and
a team player
- Performs other duties as
assigned
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
·
Strong organizational and analytical skills
·
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics GP – a plus not required
·
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
·
Fluent in English
Education
Associates
degree in Accounting
Experience Requirements
2+
years of experience in related field
